The Halloween Party started at The Sandpiper in the mid-1970s and stayed there until it closed in 1979. It later relocated to Sip ‘N’ Twirl, it’s current home.

Letter to Community for Sandpiper Owners
The Sandpiper closed in 1979 as it was never built to be a dance club and the sound was disturbing to neighbors. The Last Dance was the Halloween Party and legendary DJ Robbie Leslie spun.
The Halloween Party Moved to its new and current location at Sip ‘N’ Twirl in the 1980s.
