As a world renowned Gay Mecca, the history of Fire Island Pines is an important part of LGBTQ+ history.

Preserving Pines history depends on the active participation of our community members and supporters. Our Membership Program is an invitation to become a partner in ensuring our history - our truth - is not lost.

The program is tiered so you can support Pines History in a way that makes most sense for you.  PHS will keep all members regularly updated on developments via email, and all will be invited to our annual community gathering where you can meet with the PHS team. Our Platinum and Gold members will be invited to our twice yearly PHS Leadership Roundtable, providing an opportunity to engage directly with us in a more intimate setting to share knowledge and perspectives, and help us identify important opportunities and gaps in the historical record.
