Mr. Bob Howard was born in New Haven Connecticut, and attended college at the University of Connecticut. There he majored in theater, and went onto Yale Drama school. He produced and wrote off Broadway plays, worked for Metromedia Television, and finally discovered that all his experience and talent found its potential in Real Estate in the Pines in the late 70’s. There he became a star in his own productions.

 

 

He took a job with Realtor and Pines pioneer Doris Taussig and went on eventually to open his own firm.

 

                                                     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In 1985 he opened Bob Howard Real Estate Inc. Bob takes pride and ownership in his place in the Pines. A longtime member of FIPPOA , Pines Conservation Society, Empire Pride Agenda, Lambda, and supports just about every cause in the community.

 


 

 

A key player in the Pines Conservation Society Bob has been instrumental in the Fashion Shows, benefits like “From the Pines with Love” and more.

 

 

 

 

 

   In 1986-88 Bob managed the Pavilion club.  It was here that the tradition of High Tea was created. The club was still finding it’s place in the community. Bob was integral in it’s finding it’s place in Pines history. 

 

 

 

Deeply involved in the community he calls home he not only supported events, carried on traditions , but held them. Like the Hollywood Shore Leave USO Party in 1994. .

 

He supported many charity events. Seen here as a volunteer waiter at the Night & Day benefit in 1992 with Robin Byrd.

He knows the Pines like the back of his hand, and can tell you who, when and why…   

 

He has been here through storms, hurricanes, and fires and still stands tall in the community.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                   

He stays relevant with all , and continues to serve his high profile clientele.

He now takes his place in Pines history.
