Thanks to: Ā Nick Politis, Frank Liberto,Ā the Steins of Sayville Ferry and Coastline Freight and Tommy Esposito of Tonyās Barge, theĀ coordination of the trucks borrowed from Walter Boss and Bill Santangelo for Ā getting over 500 chairs, 120 tables and cooking equipment to the beach.
Judy Kingman, the other co-chair, for coordinating all the food and beverages with Mike Price and Liz Rosen of āThe Clamā, Pines Liquor Shop boys, Broken Bow Brewery as well as making sure the tequila, rum and vodka from Patron. She helped on site marking off the lines for the table layout and helping with dĆ©cor and put the Energizer bunny to shame.
Scott Bromley developed the wonderful layout and design for the event and got us France Joli. He worked with the contractors who did a most professional job in building the spaceā¦. Walter Boss, Bill Katen, Vinnie Pepe and Bill Santangelo. Scott also paced the beach several times with Tony Impavido to find the best location. They both stuck stickers on everything from lobster bibs to soda-jerk hats, cut the table cloths and ribbons for the flag poles….and the list goes on and on.
Tony Impavido, who thought of every single design detail, even purchased lobster hats for the children that were coming.
Neil Davis created the incredible graphics for the event signage, the t-shirts and aprons, and everything else that we needed to make this event a success.

Ken Pollard, FIPPOA genius, kept the financial records in order and shared his wealth of knowledge of the Pines in helping to put all the pieces together.
Lori Zeller, queen of marketing, made sure that we got the word out and made this a sold-out event.
Even with this hard working committee, the Clambake would never have happened without the support and guidance of Jay Pagano and Ed Schulhafer.
